After a previous bad experience at trying to get a mortgage, I can honestly say we've been completely blown away with how Malcolm and Jules have helped us and finally made our dreams achievable. Malcolm is.... The Mortgage Whisperer! I was referred to him by sister (who said he was amazing), who'd been referred to her by her friend (who also said he was amazing). My husband and I were more difficult to fit for a mortgage than most (self employed and I'm on income protection insurance + debt). Malcolm came onboard, worked his socks off and with the amazing support of Julie, secured us a mortgage! I'm not normally easily impressed but Malcolm and Julie are lovely people hard working and get the results. I genuinely think they were almost as happy as us to get a positive result. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please give them a try.

Malcom and Julie have been very patient with us whilst it has taken us many years to find our first property purchase. They've always been on hand to offer sound, timely advice and once we found the right property for us were available quickly to talk through the options. They explain things in layman's terms and are able to separate what is relevant and needed to know against the media backdrop of stories on mortgages, interest rates etc. It is their long experience in the business that gives them their competency and good rapport with clients.
